✏️ Step 2: Make changes to your calendar dates. The format for each of the three columns is:
The date should be in the format YYYY-MM-DD for the app to work.
The status is either open, closed or halfday. Half Days are considered to be open.
The label should give a description. Put a hyphen if you don't want it to show in your list of dates
A school will be closed until the next date that is marked open or halfday. A school will remain open until it is marked halfday.
If your school runs the Summer Programme, bookend the programme with the labels: Summer Programme Starts | Summer Programme Ends. Otherwise remove these lines.
If the school is closed between the last day of the main year and the summer programme, make sure to mark the school closed for those days.
📋 Step 3: Copy the 3 columns (no header) and paste them into the textbox above.
📅 Step 4: Click Load Calendar to generate your calendar.
👩🏫 Step 5: Select a Job Share pattern and click Generate Job Share.
🖨️ Step 6: Export or print the calendar as needed.
